Steve Worley, Owner and guide of WBFC demo's the "Pak Variant Cripple" BWO Mayfly pattern.  This pattern was orgainally tied by a guide on the fabled, Alaska river in Bristol Pak called the Agulapak.  Here, we used this pattern exclusively for big Alaska Rainbows.  We brought this pattern home to the Yakima River and have applied a few of our own twist to it.  We use it to profile our excellent fall hatches of Blue Wing Olive Mayflies with great success.
