The WBFC stillwater specialist, Josh McLellan will be holding three on the water spring seminars during the months of April and May on three specific Basin Lakes.

$150.00 with a $100.00 deposit required to hold your spot.  There is a three person minimum for each seminar.

ITINERARY
Morning Sessions
(7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.)

-Addressing fly selection for different conditions and specific times of the day.
-Correct gear for a successful outing an how to rig it correctly.
-Accessing the lake and where to begin.
-Addressing wind speeds, bug activity, water quality, and structure.
-Positioning your water craft to correctly fish, shelves, ledges, weed beds, and shoals.

Fishing Time 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Lunch Break 1:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. (reflect on the first portion of the day)
Afternoon Sessions
(2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.)
-Discussion and techniques for afternoon hatches.
-Addressing moderate to light insect activity and how to be successful during these times.
-Sight fishing tactics in shallow water.
-Adjusting your fly patterns through size, color, and type for successful fishing.
FISHING TIME TO END OF DAY
Equipment needed by Angler -Water craft: pontoon boat, float tube, or pram along with fins if needed.
-4 5 or 6 weight fly rod, floating line, (slime line or full sink line if available)
-Flies, tippet, leader, bobbers, floatant, polarized glasses, sun block.
-Waders, boots, and rain gear (if needed)
