A superior high quality dubbing tool made of stainless steel with a ball bearing inside that allows a fast and smooth rotation.The wire of this amazing tool is mounted on a hinged head, permitting 180 degrees of movement between the directions of the handle and dubbing loop. The positioning of the head at 90 degrees allows you to use the dubbing twister to wind the loop around the hook shank without the dubbing loop coming untwisted.
